Nokia Announces Launch of USD 1.75 Billion Credit Facility

Nokia today announced the syndication of a USD 1.75 billion multi-currency revolving credit line. The facility will supplement Nokia’s existing undrawn funding programmes and is intended to be used for commercial paper backstop purposes.
The two-tranche facility consists of a $750 million 364-day tranche and a $1,000 million 5-year tranche, and will be lead arranged by Bank of America Securities Limited, Deutsche Bank AG, and J.P. Morgan plc. Syndication is anticipated to close at the end of May.
