Nokia completes acquisition of Network Alchemy
March 06, 2000

On February 1, 2000, Nokia announced its intention to acquire Network Alchemy upon entering into a definitive agreement to acquire the Santa Cruz, California based leading provider of Clustered IP solutions. Today, Nokia (NYSE:NOK) announced the completion of the Network Alchemy acquisition.
