Jorma Ollila continues as Chairman of the Nokia Board of Directors, Paul J. Collins elected Vice Chairman

At its assembly meeting, Nokia's Board of Directors re-elected CEO Jorma Ollila to chair the Board. Paul J. Collins was elected Vice Chairman of the Board.
The Board of Directors also elected the members to the Committees of the Board. Paul J. Collins (Chairman), Bengt Holmström, Vesa Vainio and Iiro Viinanen were elected to the Personnel Committee. Jouko K. Leskinen (Chairman), Georg Ehrnrooth and Robert F.W. van Oordt were elected to the Audit Committee. Paul J. Collins (Chairman), Jouko K. Leskinen and Iiro Viinanen were elected to the Nomination Committee.
