Nokia to deliver Call Processing Platform to Telia

Nokia and Swedish operator Telia have signed a Letter of Intent covering the supply of the Nokia DX 200 call processing platform.
Telia will be implementing the equipment to enhance its IP telephony network.
The Nokia DX 200 platform will be used to provide enhanced quality and increased flexibility for the IP telephony-based network services, including improved ease of implementation of Internet services.

Based on the IP-telephony service concept developed by Telia, Telia's aim is to provide IP-telephony services for business and residential markets in Sweden.
