Nokia K-shares converted to A-shares
December 03, 1998

Nokia Corporation's Articles of Association provide holders of K-shares the right to convert their holdings to A-shares.



For the entire period during which this conversion of shares has been permitted, through December 3, 1998, a total of 199 092 977 K-shares have been converted to A-shares. The total amount of Nokia's shares today is 602 314 558, of which 471 725 044 are A-shares and
130 589 514 are K-shares.
