Nokia's new shares will be listed at the Helsinki Stock Exchange on December 22, 1998

Nokia's new A-shares, which have been registered in the Finnish Trade Register on December 18, 1998 will be listed at the Helsinki Stock Exchange together with the old shares on December 22, 1998, (not December 21 as said earlier today). Listing of the shares will also be applied for at the Frankfurt, London, New York, Paris and Stockholm Stock Exchanges.
