Nokia K-shares converted to A-shares
October 21, 1998
Nokia Corporation's Articles of Association provide holders of K-shares the right to convert their holdings to A-shares.
For the entire period during which this conversion of shares has been permitted, through October 21, 1998, a total of 192 050 386 K-shares have been converted to A-shares. The total amount of Nokia's shares today is 602 255 332, of which 465 519 590 are A-shares and 136 735 742 are K-shares.
