Nokia two-for-one share split effective on April 16
April 15, 1998
In accordance with the resolution passed by the Nokia Corporation's Annual General Meeting the par value of Nokia A and K shares has been divided by two, i.e. from FIM 5.00 to FIM 2.50. Trading in Nokia shares with the new par value will commence on April 16, 1998 on those stock exchanges where Nokia shares are listed.
NOKIA´S FIRST QUARTER RESULTS
Nokia will release its first quarter results on Friday, April 24 at approximately 11.30 a.m. Helsinki time. The financial results will be on Nokia's Internet pages as soon as they have been published as a stock exchange release. Nokia's conference call will begin at 3 p.m. Helsinki time.
Nokia will release its second quarter results on July 24 and the third quarter results on October 23.
