Nokia Introduces Service Management, Customer Care and Billing Solutions for Internet and Datacommunications

Nokia today at CeBIT announced its Datacommunications Customer Care and Billing System, a scaleable, integrated, full-featured business solution for Internet service providers and data network operators.


The Nokia Datacom CCB system offers a complete software solution that integrates customer care, billing and customer self-care while managing the underlying services by automating service provision and data collection.

Based on the proven technology of Solect Technology Group, this new system manages and invoices new revenue generating services like Voice over IP, VoD, iVPN, and new access technologies like ADSL and wireless. Solect's Internet Administration Framework (IAF) is currently being used in more than 50 installations around the world by telecom operators, Internet service providers and cable TV operators.
