Nokia Signed a USD 350 Million Multicurrency Revolving Credit and U.S. Dollar Swing Line Facilities Agreement

Nokia Corporation signed a USD 350 million Multicurrency Revolving Credit and and U. S. Dollar Swing Line Facilities Agreement with an international bank syndicate on September 12, 1997 at the Nokia House in Finland. The term of the facilities is seven years, and the margin for the Revolving Credit Facility is during the first five years 0.125 per cent and during the last two years 0.15 per cent.
The facilities have been arranged by Chase Manhattan Plc, Citibank, N.A. and Deutsche Bank AG. A total of 18 international banks is participating in the facilities.
The facilities replace the revolving credit facility signed in 1995 and will be used for back-up purposes.
