Nokia Introduces The New Nokia RinGo Consumer Phone

First NMT product with calling line identification
Nokia Mobile Phones announces the launch of the new Nokia RinGo, delivering an improved version of its popular Nokia RinGo consumer handset for the analog NMT900 standard. Available now in Denmark, the phone will be sold in Finland, Sweden, Netherlands and Thailand starting from the beginning of March.

Weighing only 235g, the new Nokia RinGo is smaller, lighter and even more compact than the first generation RinGo. This is the result of the innovative integrated battery in the new RinGo which enables a smaller phone while ensuring enhanced performance. The new Nokia RinGo offers long talk time of up to 4 hours and standby time of up to 5 days with the standard battery. The unique integrated battery provides for carefree and reliable power management.
The new Nokia RinGo is ideal for people who seek attractive design and true ease-of-use at an affordable price. Its large keypad and display make the phone user-friendly. Simplicity being an important consideration, the new improved Nokia RinGo includes only the addition of a few essential features -- ringing volume control, a choice of 3 ringing tones, call restriction and the new “RinGo Button” which offers a 10th memory location. The new Nokia RinGo also supports calling line identification.
