Nokia´s 200 million bond to institutional investors oversubscribed

Nokia has launched a FIM 200 million bond for domestic institutional investors. The subscription period was from May 20, 1996 until May 31, 1996. The issue was oversubscribed by FIM 100 million bringing the total loan amount to FIM 300 million. Postipankki Ltd arranged the issue, and the maturity of the bond is approximately five years.
The bond will be listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
