Nokia to Launch Two FIM Bonds
April 22, 1996
Nokia will launch two FIM bonds together with two Finnish banks mainly for the domestic market in May. Merita Bank will arrange a 3-year FIM 200 million bond mainly for domestic private market, and Postipankki Ltd a 5-year FIM 200 million bond mainly for domestic institutional investors.
Both bonds will be launched May 20th, 1996 in Finland. Detailed information and instructions will appear in prospectuses available through Merita and Postipankki as of May 20, 1996.
Both loans will be listed on Helsinki Stock Exchange.
