Marketing of Nokia Tyres' share offering to start next week

Nokia will launch the marketing of Nokia Tyres Ltd's share offering next week.
The Lead managers are Prospectus Ltd and Skandinviska Enskilda Banken. Nokia will sell about 4 million Nokia Tyres shares. After the share offering, Nokia will own approximately 40 percent of Nokia Tyres shares and SP Tyres UK 20 percent. The shares will be offered to the public in Finland and to international institutional investors. The public offering is expected to commence at the end of May upon conclusion of the marketing period aimed at institutional investors.
The Prospectus will be available on Monday, 15 May 1995.
